Costa Blanca Travel Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Tengo Sports Travel Ltd, a company registered in the UK with registration No: 16515089. 95a Wood Lane, Altrincham, WA15 7PG
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees or contractors of Tengo Sports Travel, ABC Sports Learning Ltd, Manchester Cycling Academy CIC, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter.
3. How to Enter
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter, participants must follow Tengo Sports Travel on Instagram or Facebook and submit their name, email address and valid phone number via the official entry form linked in the campaign post.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incorrect entries may be disqualified.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
The prize draw opens at 00:01 on June 10th 2025 and closes at 11:59:59 PM on June 30th 2025.
Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
5. The Prizes
Main Prize (1 winner):
- A four-night stay for two people (in a twin or double room) with full board at Hotel Cap Negret in Altea, Costa Blanca in October 2025 and three days bike hire for two people.
- Return coach transfers including one suitcase each from/to Alicante Airport to and from the Hotel Cap Negret in Altea are included, however, winners must pay for their own flights to and from Alicante Airport.
- If you want to take more luggage on the transfer this will be at your own cost
Prize dates are subject to hotel availability and will be coordinated directly with the winner.
Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners):
- A 25% discount voucher redeemable on any Tengo Sports Travel cycling holiday or training camp held at Hotel Cap Negret before March 2026.
Vouchers are valid until 31 March 2026, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random within 5 days of the closing date.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact details submitted at entry.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant.
7. Publicity
- By entering, participants agree that their name (first name and last initial) and general location may be announced on Tengo Sports Travel’s social media and/or website.
- Winners may be asked for permission to provide a testimonial or photograph for promotional use, but this is optional.
8. Data Protection
- Any personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR laws.
- By entering, participants agree to receive emails or SMS communications about the outcome of the prize draw and future promotions from Tengo Sports Travel. You may unsubscribe at any time.
9. General Terms
- No cash alternatives or substitutions will be offered.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
10. Withdrawal.
- This competition can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice if circumstances outside the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. In such cases, Tengo Sports Travel Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the cancellation or withdrawal of the prize draw.
