Food and Nutrition

Every meal is designed for a professional rider. Gone are the days of trying to find a shop to cook lunch in your Airbnb trying to refuel after a 60 mile and 3000m ride. The all you can eat buffet is literally packed full of carbs, proteins and the nutrients that you need and – if you want – sweet treats to reward yourself for your hard work.

Teams are seated at long tables and are allocated the same table for their entire stay which allows for team building and bonding and allows for people watching as the professional riders walk by.

You’ll wake up to sea views, fuel up at the cyclist-friendly buffet, and roll straight out onto world-class roads used by the pros.

The Cap Negret is situated minutes away from the local classic climbs such as Col de Rates, Puerto de Toudons, Castel de Guadalest and many more. During the winter months you will see professional riders every day and at most coffee stops.

It is not uncommon to see the likes of Tom Pidcock, Wout van Eart or Fem van Empel along with team cars and their entourage and if you’re lucky, they may well pull into the same cafe as you.

We’ll share our local insight to help you make the most of your time with us, whether that means guiding you to the best local routes, restaurants, or must-visit café stops.

We will provide you with a collection of tried and tested routes which will take you on the same routes as your heroes. Aimed at teams who want to make sure that they take advantage of every minute of their experience, this service is aimed at teams and groups who want to travel to the Cap Negret outside of school holiday or peak times.
